بایندرهای گندله سازی عمدتاً شامل بایندرهای معدنی، بایندرهای آلی و بایندرهای کامپوزیتی هستند که نه تنها در فرآیند گندله سازی پودر مگنتیت آهن یا پودر کنسانتره هماتیت را به گندلهها متصل میکنند، بلکه مقدار کمی از محصولات ما به طور قابل توجهی سرعت گندله سازی و کیفیت گندله سبز و خشک را بهبود میبخشد که نقشی اساس در فرآیند ذوب فلز دارند.
بایندر ما می تواند به طور کامل یا جزئی جایگزین بنتونیت شود تا عناصر نامطلوب را کاهش دهد و کارایی استفاده از کوره ذوب آهن را بهبود بخشد. طبق تجربه تولید ما، به ازای هر 1٪ بنتونیت اضافه شده، عیار گندله آهن تقریباً 0.6 وزنی کاهش می یابد و میزان آهن تقریباً 7 کیلوگرم در تن کاهش می یابد. افزایش 1٪ از محتوای SiO2 در گندله منجر به افزایش 4 تا 7 دلار در تن در هزینه فولادسازی می شود، در حالی که بایندر آلی حاوی اجزای معدنی مانند SiO2 و CaO نیست
